Please note all staff being recruited are expected to be available to work flexibly across our new Trust sites when service demands require it. Dorset Breast Screening are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Breast Screening Service at Poole Hospital as a Breast Screening Administrative & Clerical Officer. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer care skills and with excellent attention to detail, to support the Office Manager in fulfilling the requirements of the National Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP). The Unit is modern and innovative, inviting over 30,000 ladies from all of Dorset for Breast Screening every year. Standards are necessarily high and we are proud of our achievements and the service that we provide for our population. The role requires the use of a wide range of systems; key systems within Breast Service are NBSS, BS Select and Soliton. Previous experience on our systems is not required as training will be provided, however computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. Previous experience of working within the NHS would be an advantage. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 12 months working 37.5 hours per week.
