The post holder is to provide comprehensive admin/secretarial services including telephone duties, typing including audio, filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, contacting patients, arranging and following up appointments, chasing blood results with GPs, ordering of goods, completing patient template letters, posting FIT tests to patients and general assistance in the coordination.
