Responding to daily email traffic internal and external customers and clients Breaks 1 hour break per day OR 1 x 30 min and 2 x 15 min breaks breaks are unpaid Ensuring that all internal work systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner Log new customer calls on the appropriate works system, ensuring client priorities are met, while recording accurate quality data.
